HBM Community Centre Renovation and Addition

The HBM Community Centre started construction in late May of 2025 and will be completed by September of 2026.

The project has a $5 million budget and will include the following renovations.

• Renovations to existing lobby including (2) more washrooms.
• New office.
• An accessible viewing area.
• A new indoor/outdoor canteen.
• A new elevator that services the basement rental space.
• A new universal washroom is also in the basement rental space.
• A hydro upgrade that will deliver a sufficient amount of electricity to the facility.

Phase two of this project will look at adding a new Fitness Centre to the HBM Community Centre.
